I bought a belt bag but it's too small and i cannot return the item for free then i contacted customer service Jasmin and arife sent me message that i can return the item to the address they gave me i even pay for the return fee because they said that they reimburse to me they even ask my acct. No for them but then my parcel got return again and even i email them they dont response me anymore. So disappointed
