“I have ordered a watch over a month ago. According to the very slack customer correspondence it was sent and returned back to their warehouse due to my address being incorrect. Although on checking my address details were CORRECT. I cannot express enough how disappointing their customer service/care has been. Still waiting for a clue on whether I will ever see this watch???
I would ask for a refund but reading reviews, it seems more difficult to get a refund than an actual delivery!!

I ordered a watch over a month ago, but it was returned to the sender despite my attempts to redirect the package. I reached out to PV customer service via email, but the individual I corresponded with took days to reply and was of no help when he did.
It's been over two weeks since he last responded, so I called both help numbers from the PV site (it changed over the weekend). The first number (the one taken down) stated nobody could take my call at the time and asked me to leave my order and phone numbers. The second and currently listed phone number on PV's site immediately hung up on me both times I called.
As a last resort, I also tried contacting them over FB Messenger: another dud. *shocking*
I am terribly disappointed with PV and will be filing a case with PayPal in the coming days. I've waited over a month; both Christmas and my girlfriend's birthday have passed, and I've still received nothing of value in goods or service from them. Look elsewhere for your gifts.

“Over 2 weeks for delivery . When the watch arrived it was broke and they informed me how to fix it and it now works for one minute and then stops . The clasp also does not close correctly and when I complained multiple times their replies were delayed for up to a week and u helpful

“I ordered my Paul Valentine advent calendar well in advance but was extremely disappointed with it. After waiting a month to finally open my first day of the advent calendar only to find nothing in the first box. Customer service said they would "ship out the missing item if I would still like it" yes I would after paying $250 AUD.
Only to find that day by day, the gifts are cheap and definitely not worth the money spent on it. Also, even though I changed my location to Australia, the pricing is not accurate, note the price stays USD, so I thought I was paying $169 but once exchanged, I noticed $250 come off my account. Disappointed is not even the word. I would return it, but considering I waited until December to open it, it's too late. Don't be deceived by this brand.”

“My boyfriend ordered me a Paul Valentine watch for my birthday on 30th October 2019. It is the 29th November and still no sign of my watch. I have sent numerous emails and wrote privately on facebook messenger too, only to get half-bothered replies and an offer of 20% off my next purchase for the inconvenience. My package was waiting in Cologne for nearly 2 weeks, to come to me in Ireland, and when I asked the company to re-direct the package back to them and to issue a refund they kept dodging me. When I wrote on their Facebook post advertising more watches promising 3-4 business days delivery, they wrote back to my immediately on Facebook (after me waiting 2 days for a response!).
I would never order from here again. But I suppose it is my own fault for not just going to the shopping centre and trying on a watch and buying it.

“Customer service is shocking - ordered a watch and a week later didn't even receive a email saying it was dispatched - sent 2 emails (none were answered), finally got through to someone on chat who basically said they didn't know why it wasn't sent out and maybe it's not in stock, but they don't know. “Would give a 0 star review if I could. After only a few weeks pieces of the watch face began to fall off, including the PV logo, to which they became stuck in the hands and the watch mechanism no longer works. The watch was not worn after the first piece fell off yet others still began to break. Customer service were awful, for some reason this mechanical failure did not fall under their warranty, as they believed it had broken due to ‘event’ and refused to believe me. I called consumer support and only after hanging up having been on hold for 15 minutes did I find out the centre was based in Germany and I had been charged for this call! They have offered me £20 off a new watch (not even 20% off the original price of the watch) and suggested I use this voucher to get a case as to stop the watch breaking further, without offering to even fix the watch let alone replace it. Will not be using them again and I suggest no one else does either as they are very expensive and this price is not reflected in the consumer service received.”
“Please don’t buy from PV . I bought my daughter a gold mesh watch 9 months ago and the strap broke and tuned black. As it was still under warranty I returned the watch only for them to put a new strap on , problem was I had my daughters 40th birthday and her name engraved on the back , but the watch came back blank . No engravement. I told them this is not my watch as there is no writing on the back. They denied this and totally refused to help . Saying I was lying 🤥 wtf would I lie about a engravement. I would never buy again and their watch are poor cheap quality. Be aware!”
“We ordered a watch that came actually pretty quickly. However, we wanted to return the watch since the size was not as expected. After it took the customer service over one week to respond to an email, we finally went to the postal office to return the watch to the US warehouse which does NOT even exist. A return the Germany would have cost us over $30. End of story is, we have to keep the watch even though we did not want it because the shipping is a disaster. Was able to get someone on chat who was going to contact the warehouse to see when my watch would ship and email me, but never did. Sent an email requesting shipping information with no reply. Accidentally ordered a 2nd watch because my Order Confirm never came through and planned on returning but my best friend loves mine so much she's buying it from me! “Do not bother ordering from this company. Unlike others, I did receive my watch in a timely manner, but the clasp was so hard to undo that I had to return it. Well, I wanted to return it, but the address in Nevada given is not a good address and the UPS store would not take it. I tried to have communication by email and they did answer me once, but they were uncooperative and they give no phone number on their website unless I wanted to call Germany. The watch is pretty so I'm going to take it to a jeweler to see if they can fix the clasp. If they can't, I guess I'm out $129. I'm very upset about this and I really hope people read reviews before ordering from this unprofessional company.”
