Heb 12 november een adventskalender teruggestuurd naar Paul Valentine . De verzendkosten van het terugsturen waren 18 euro . Deze is aangekomen op 14 november en tot op heden nog geen geld terug ontvangen (169,90 euro) . Ze zijn niet te bereiken en geven geen antwoord als je ze een dm stuurt. Heel slechte service

I wish I had read the comments before. I bought a necklace and received it with damage. The necklace is without two diamonds. I am trying to contact the staff but the emails are typical bots. I am reading the comments now and I don't expect an answer. I know I just threw my money away. The worst thing is that it was about present.

I made a purchase on 31.03.2023 of a necklace that would be a birthday present. On the site is described that delivery in Germany is about 3 working days. Unfortunately even after contact with the customer service, I still do not receive the item. It was indicated to me that it was a computer error. I asked them to cancel the order and return the money. I was told that the money could not be refunded. I have neither the necklace nor any kind of resolution. I question the seriousness of the company. I warn future buyers to be aware of reviews on various sites in order to avoid being economically defrauded.

It took over 20 days to receive my watch. Extremely poor customer service, ask for my delivery charge of £5 to be returned as item did not arrive in 3-5 days as stated on website was told no then ignored. Will not order from this company again

Absolute scam. I returned two bracelet's. Returned in original pouch, box's and original package box's. They are telling me an empty BAG arrived with no jewellery and no refund. Frustrating customer service! Avoid hassle . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY... So mad as customer

After receiving a not engraved necklace for the second time I decided to send both necklaces back and get a necklace somewhere else and told this to the Customer Happiness Specialists. Without my permission they send me a third necklace that is engraved. I send an email that I haven't asked for that or gave my permission but they won't give me my money back. Worsed service I ever experienced and I will never buy something from this company.

The comapny apparently sent an adventcalendar that I have not ordered to my previous adress and someone received it and not payed for it. No they are threatening me with legal actions and forcing me to pay for it even though i did not order anything from them and I am living in another country since more than a year! SCANDAL!!!!

My bracelet that I ordered broke within one day of wearing it I messaged them to ask for a refund as there is a 2 year warranty an they said no you hardly get a response from anyone an if you do there not very helpful! Stay clear of ordering from hear waste of time and waste of money!!!

The package arrived opened, with the watch stolen. It was very poorly packaged, with branding very visible. E-mailed customer support over a month ago, and still no response.

Awful customer service, they don't respond at all. Want to return an item, tried to create a return through their web site, but get an error message. Don't byu from them!

Wat een slechte service. Bestelling niet ontvangen, wel betaald. Ze reageren niet op je berichten, ja een standaard mail met een nummer, waar je niets mee kan. Trap er niet in, want je bent je geld kwijt aan helemaal niets!

Paul Valentine keeps asking me to write reviews of product’s I’ve ordered but haven’t received yet. It’s been 3 weeks and still nothing. Customer service does not respond. I would definitely not order again and I recommend people to buy their jewelry elsewhere.

Ordered watch directly from PV - watch was sent back to their warehouse as they failed to give UPS clearance information as requested. Oddly PV website says it was delivered to me ! PV have confirmed they have it in their warehouse but unwilling to issue refund until the warehouse 'tell' them they have it ! They are also unwilling to send another out. Mentioned it was a special birthday present - but that makes no difference. So they have my money - I can't buy anything else until this refund is issued Don't have a product - they do. Dread to think what the customer service would be like if a fault had to be handled !! DO NOT BUT FROM PV - you will regret it !!

Slechte service en horloges mijn horloge gekocht eind januari 2021 het is nu juli. In die tijd 3 keer het bandje al stuk. Ik eis mijn geld terug maar dat is allemaal niet mogelijk. Het enige wat mogelijk is, is weer een nieuw bandje of tegoedbon ( waar je niks aan hebt want heb nu nog steeds niet een horloge die ik kan dragen) dus koop hier niks

I ordered few items on may 18th. It was suppose to be shipped within 3 business days. Yet to ship. I emailed them and tried to call them but no answer, this is ridiculous. At this point I just want my money back but how can I get it if no one even responds back to me!? Big scam. Do not order. I’m saving you some headache. Trust me ppl.!

I had ordered this gift for Valentine's day good on time and it was supposed to get delivered at the 10th of February, unfortunately on the 7th I received an e-mail that It would be late 2-3 days but on time for Valentine's day so I didn't need to worry. I did not have a gift for my girlfriend at Valentine. I have received the item today at 17 February but the quality is really bad, the roses look old and have a white coller instead of a shiny pinkish and there is an random watch mark but I didn't buy a watch.... customer service only reacts with : "sorry it was late there was snow and covid" that is bs because they didn't even have sended it to the carrier when I emailed them the 15th.
