“Attempted to return an item and customer service took ages to respond when they did they did not resolve any problems nor answer any questions I have been attempting to receive my return label but to no avail I am overly disappointed by this brand and will never shop with them again I hope other customers don’t fall for their rubbish”

“I made a purchase on 31.03.2023 of a necklace that would be a birthday present. On the site is described that delivery in Germany is about 3 working days.
Unfortunately even after contact with the customer service, I still do not receive the item.
It was indicated to me that it was a computer error. I asked them to cancel the order and return the money.
I was told that the money could not be refunded. I have neither the necklace nor any kind of resolution.
I question the seriousness of the company. I warn future buyers to be aware of reviews on various sites in order to avoid being economically defrauded.”

PV have confirmed they have it in their warehouse but unwilling to issue refund until the warehouse 'tell' them they have it !
They are also unwilling to send another out.
Mentioned it was a special birthday present - but that makes no difference.
So they have my money - I can't buy anything else until this refund is issued
