I made a purchase on 31.03.2023 of a necklace that would be a birthday present. On the site is described that delivery in Germany is about 3 working days.
Unfortunately even after contact with the customer service, I still do not receive the item.
It was indicated to me that it was a computer error. I asked them to cancel the order and return the money.
I was told that the money could not be refunded. I have neither the necklace nor any kind of resolution.
I question the seriousness of the company. I warn future buyers to be aware of reviews on various sites in order to avoid being economically defrauded.
