Avoid at all costs. My gift was delivered by UPS to a completely different address. Contacted both UPS and Paul Valentine and both are blaming the other. They are currently ignoring my emails. The parcel was delivered on 2nd November to the incorrect address, this is supposed to be a Christmas gift for my wife.
