I ordered a watch to Israel as a gift beginning of September.
I didn't got the watch on the time that was promised.
I contact the seller to find where is my watch? and why I didn't got it yet? They said It will have to wait 4 to 8 weeks till they investigate the problem.
I got a reply after 6 weeks- "we investigate a the problem and we will send you second watch to the address". I asked for the tracking number for the second watch to make sure I'll get it .
They constantly ignore my request, in respond to that they send me the old tracking number that says that my watch has been lost.
I never received the second watch neither I keep being ignored in my messages. I paid money for a product that I never received being ignored buy this help support. I've been asking for a refund and they ignore me as well.
I'm very upset with Paul Valentine very poor customer service they just take my money and I never got The Watch.
