Hi, i ordered a watch set (with a free gift) over black Friday. So a month ago. I have had 2 emails responses assuring me that it would be here by Christmas 100%. - It still hasn’t arrived? We have tried calling multiple times. Emailed. Insta direct messaged. We are no longer getting any form of a response. We paid £180 so this wasn’t cheap. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift so can someone please contact me asap. We have paid and received nothing! Very poor customer service to date.
