I have ordered a watch over a month ago. According to the very slack customer correspondence it was sent and returned back to their warehouse due to my address being incorrect. Although on checking my address details were CORRECT. I cannot express enough how disappointing their customer service/care has been. Still waiting for a clue on whether I will ever see this watch???
I would ask for a refund but reading reviews, it seems more difficult to get a refund than an actual delivery!!
I would not recommend this company at all. STAY AWAY!!
