My balance was disabled with over $34,000 on it. I did not get any reason or deadline for the return of my funds from customer support.
I also did not violate any laws or rules and conducted my business activity following all necessary procedures and rules. Nevertheless, Payoneer blocked me, basically took my funds and refuses to tell me when they will return my money or what I should provide to speed up the process.
Payoneer is the worst, most stressful experience I have ever had, and I sincerely hope that the SEC will prosecute this fraudulent company. Maybe they will learn a lesson and stop committing fraud and illegal activities against their customers.
