Payoneer allowed six transactions on a blocked credit card. The card was fraudulently charged and blocked within minutes. A month later, six charges were made to the blocked credit card.
Payoneer's position is to contact the merchant (FACEBK *8KVSG8PP2 in Japan) and ask them to cancel the transaction.
Informing them that I do not know the merchant does not help. They will not issue a refund or guarantee that these transactions will not recur.
