I have a payment from the XY company to the account. Paid out, then pulled back after a day. Spoek to Payoneer, told it is the company XY pulled back the funds du lemto incorrect amount. Directing this question to the company, company says allegedly due to some tech issue I received more money than I was charged. Anyhow, 2 month in a row they are deducting my funds without any explanation, notification, message nor email. They have been informed by the bank. Have you thought about informing the client after you have been informed????? Shuffling someones funds without his/her acknowledgment - is this legit??????

I have had a profoundly disappointing experience with Payoneer, marked by exceptionally poor customer support and problematic account management practices. My troubles began with standard account activities—receiving a payment and attempting a withdrawal. Unexpectedly, Payoneer imposed restrictions on my account, and it was subsequently closed without a clear explanation, leaving my funds inaccessible. When I reached out for help, I received only generic responses via chat and email that did not address my specific situation. They do not offer customer support via phone. The communication was not only unhelpful but also frustratingly impersonal. I repeatedly asked for step-by-step guidance on how to withdraw my hard-earned money, but Payoneer's customer service team failed to provide any meaningful assistance or direct communication. Their inability to offer straightforward support forced me to seek help from external entities, such as the Better Business Bureau and the New York Attorney General. It's concerning that my situation had to escalate to this level without any resolution or adequate support from Payoneer. If you are considering Payoneer for your financial transactions, I recommend looking elsewhere. Their handling of customer issues and lack of clear communication have significantly undermined my trust in their services, and I caution anyone against using them.

I made several successful investments with this broker Netteler before losing 80% of my savings to the trading broker. It cost me so much money and pain to invest in a broker that was not even real. But All thanks to, Mac Wiki for helping recover all my losses back '' wikihelpdesks @ gmail. com '' am currently investing with { wiki help desk } because they are reliable.

My balance was disabled with over $34,000 on it. I did not get any reason or deadline for the return of my funds from customer support. I also did not violate any laws or rules and conducted my business activity following all necessary procedures and rules. Nevertheless, Payoneer blocked me, basically took my funds and refuses to tell me when they will return my money or what I should provide to speed up the process. Payoneer is the worst, most stressful experience I have ever had, and I sincerely hope that the SEC will prosecute this fraudulent company. Maybe they will learn a lesson and stop committing fraud and illegal activities against their customers.

I wish there was a way to rate this company with no star. Worst experience ever. Awful customer service. They held my funds for over a month, stating that my tax form was incomplete, which is a lie. They blocked my phone number which prevented me from contacting customer service to inquire about the status of my transaction. The most dishonest payment processing firm I have ever dealt with in 28 years in business.

I didn't realize they were skilled con artists until I attempted to take my money out of their account. I put a lot of money into them with the main goal of profiting greatly from my investments. The worst feeling in the world is losing money you have worked really hard to earn. There was a problem when I attempted to withdraw my money. I was enraged when they insisted on more after I paid for the withdrawal and asked for more. Madacovi.co helped me get my money back in less than a week.

I repeat do not use this third party. They are scammers.....I have tried to draw my money for months and they held onto it..... I got frustrated and say i will try back another time. When i did, I was locked out of my account for days, and when i finally got into my account i realize they draw all of my money for fees!!!

Bad experiences with Payoneer I had two disputes with the same clients. Payoneer agreed with me that these claims were unjustified. Then these clients escalated one of these disputes to Visa. After that happened, Payoneer started to take money from my account without any explanation. That was in November last year! After a few of these transactions, I made sure that I would no longer receive money on my account, so they could not take more from it. Then after about 8 months Payoneer finally informed me that Visa agreed with me, so no money for these clients. That was July 20th. You would think that I would get the money back they took from my account. Now it is August 24th, and I am still waiting for that. They are giving me the run around without telling me if and when I will get my money back. I have sent many messages and chatted with Payoneer a significant number of times. It is all been a waste of time. Before the previous happened, I had another bad experience with them, that affected me a lot. But they don't care. Mind you, I have been a client of Payoneer for many years. I will never use Payoneer again though, and I would not recommend that company to anybody. Don't use them!!

My customer ID: 44992262 I created another account because my previous one was closed but now I have another problem I submitted my ID documents and I have been told that the verification will take only 3 business day, it's been 12 days and my verification request is still under review. I contacted the support team I opened an inquiry, but in vain, the inquiry says that the problem is solved but it is not, and the support team didn't answer too, was I surprised? no of course I was not, that what I expect from you any ways, I keep my expectation low, I really doubt that you have a support team in the first place. and please don't tell me that you're sorry and don't thank me for waiting, cause I've had enough, make sure that I won't give up and I will keep hunting you till you show some respect to your potential clients

Incredibly horrific support. Absolutely no help. The agent didn't even want to understand the issue, and clearly had so many chats going that he had no clue who he was talking to. I cannot believe the level of support here.

Payoneer Withdrawal commission 38%. Комиссия при выводе денег составила 38%. Out of $ 70 when withdrawing from "payoneer", the commission was $ 15 or 22%, $ 55 remained, but $ 44 minus $ 11 to a bank account, another minus 16% of the original amount and the transfer was not fast, it lasted several working days. In total, out of $ 70, $ 44 is left, minus $ 26 or 38%. I corresponded with representatives of the company, and they did not give any desired answer, they tried to throw everything on the banks, and Payoneer did not comment on 22% of the percentage (I wrote several times). Из 70 $ при выводе из "payoneer"  комиссия составила 15 $  или 22%, осталось 55 $, но на банковский счет село 44$ минус 11 $, еще  минус 16% от первоначальной суммы, и перевод был не быстрым, длился несколько рабочих дней. В итоги из 70$  осталось 44$, минус 26$ или 38%. Я переписывался с представителями компании, и они не дал никакого нужного ответа, пытались все скинут на банки, а 22% процент Payoneer  не прокомментировал (я писал несколько раз).

Don't use Payoneer, they WILL STEAL your money eventually. That's their purpose. Don't risk it.

Payonee will close your account and take your money without a warning despite being legally binded to do so. They stole all my money after I reported I got scammed through their platform

Payoneer directly stole all my money. I was selling to a customer in the US and all incoming payments from this person were always with status "pending" for a couple of days until the transfers got completed. I suspected that this could not be reliable so I called them to confirm if pending payments were always sure to arrive. The replied very clearly: YES. A few successful payments later I gained that the system was reliable. So client started sending bigger payments (I was selling chunks of crypto currency that I earned trading and mining) and out of nowhere all pending payments for a total amount over 10k USD were suddenly cancelled. Sad truth is that I was scammed and most of my money is gone. BUT THEN, a couple of weeks later and after collecting my salary from another company I work for, they just CLOSED MY ACCOUNT at 2AM in the morning I get this ominous e-mail. Like the reaper of money sneaking unnoticed. That is a normal feeling when you're using Payoneer. Sudden heart-attack sensation (it wouldn't be just a sensation if I was a bit older) at the middle of the night just before bed... but nope... I was awake so I tried calling, live chat, support tickets, social media, every cell of my body trying to contact anyone from this company. Of course, without any success. It is their "protocol" to completely ghost you and leave you alone in your bankrupcy. They also blocked my cliend ID so I can't use their support anymore. After almost a week I finally got a reply from Payoneer's Facebook account and they told me "sorry but you can't withdraw your funds", "there was a conflict with our T&S", "contact us in 6 months"... They use phrases like "sorry for the inconvenience and the surprising news" I'm not joking. Even they call this money stealing scheme as "surprising" because if they would have warned that my account was going to get shutdown I would have withdrawn every cent beforehand. This fact reveals their intentions. The don't want you to withdraw. So people if you were scammed, the support team is your ENEMY. They wont hear a thing you say. They will just block you out and STEAL your money. I begged and begged I have a family to support here in Argentina in the middle of the worst crisis and pandemic and all I had was in Payoneer. I'm unemployed due to COVID and the only source of funding I had remaining was through Payoneer. The worst part is that I can't see anyone from them face to face. They just clicked my life away like it's nothing. The scammer is perfectly fine and still doing "business". I know where he lives , name, number everything but they just punish the victims. I suppose is much much easier than real justice. Ironically enough here in my country if you're being stabbed by a robber and you kill the man in self defense YOU are the one being incarcerated. The robber will walk. Same thing happens with Payoneer. They seem to have made an alliace with the scammer and took the rest of my money. This has left me depressed. Why work? Why do anything honestly? All can go away in a second with a few clicks whenever a corporation decides to make these profits under the table. I'm sure they will call this in a fancy way like "violation of our terms & conditions". They edit their T&S like every day and my account is 10 years old. I read that a decade ago while I was a young designer doing some freelance work. Do you really pretend people to be reading every update of every T&S of every online account? Anyways, I really hope that the world can soon improve online payments systems because these centralized monsters are worse than politics.
