I have booked ticket via Paytm bus and i trusted Paytm bus services but when I get in bus i was surprised that my seat was covered buy bus seat cover and there bedshit on my seat i have complain bus driver but there was no action buy bus driver then bus driver charge me extra luggage worth 2000 and not givin any bill of 2000 and for 14hrs i was not comfortable at all when I am complaining to Paytm bus they are not taking any action again then from 1 month i am complaining Paytm but no needful help
I THINK WE SHOULD NO TRUST PAYTM
