Paytm you are doing frauds actually stealing money and even deleting the transaction details, cases and chats.
I did payment for vodaphone which was unsuccessful and the amount got deducted from paytm wallet. I was able to see the transaction in statement and even I raised case too but these guys didn’t refund the Money. And deleted all the details from app. And customer care is useless, they are giving me robotic answers.
And this is same I thought about these wallet companies.
