Purchased a PC for £2,142.00, which included a GTX 1080ti worth around £800. Within 18 months the card had developed a fault with It's memory. I contacted support who took 2 week to reply to the RMA, saying the card was under warranty and I should return to them for a replacement or a refund at the current market value. After sending the card it took another 40+ days before I heard anything, which was an email saying "the card has been booked back into stock [with PC specialist] and was being shipped to me shortly.
I was slightly confused by this as there was no information on whether it was my card that had been repaired, or a new or used replacement. Etiher way I waited until it turned up, only to find it was the exact same card with the exact same issue.
Emailed PC Specialist saying I want this issue resolved within 5 working days, they have completely ignored the email so am currently in contact with Trading Standards as they are in breach of their terms and conditions and warranty.
I'd advise anyone to check out Overlockers instead as I have also purchased from them in the past and they provide a much better service.
