Absolutely terrible customer service. Sit on hold for an hour to be hung up on. Get sent a broken PC which takes a month to build which they fail to fix twice. Then they try to charge you to return it, ignore your requests for money back, and you get passed from pillar to post talking to different people. Go somewhere else.
