For a good measure, I decided to post my review from Trustpilot here too. The more people will start taking their business elsewhere the better. Hopefully, something will change within PCSpeciaclist after that.
Used to be a great company pre-COVID, now AVOID AVOID AVOID post-COVID. Don't trust waiting times on the websites. Initially, I was given 15-17 days lead time and currently, I am at 25 days and the order hasn't even moved into the production stage. On the forum, some people have waited for 60 days+ and counting.
You will get automated updates by the system on your order which will slowly morph from days into weeks and into months.
Impossible to get to customer service - phone or email. Called once, spent a shy 2h on the line to be told that my order will be in production in the next couple of days (I think it was 17 days in). Threatened to request a refund via email and got a response saying that actually, some components are missing, so I have to wait indefinitely until they are back in stock...
Spend your money elsewhere, at least until COVID is over because whatever happened to PCSpecialist turned them into a non-functioning company with abysmal customer service. It is a big shame as a couple of years ago I ordered a gaming laptop (top range and everything) and it came within 2 weeks. Now, for your money, you will only get a massive sense of dissatisfaction and frustration. I couldn't bear it any longer so applied for a refund and got a laptop elsewhere.
