Waiting times on phone - horrible and far too long, waiting time actually increased .
Through my recommendations , ive know least 3 households that have bought machines of these guys .
Like me these people will looking for new machines , will make sure these house holds dont make the same mistake as me .
Company use to be ok .
After a almost a year of covid , find it poor that a company will still use it as an excuse. Please save your the head ache jarring experience and shop else where . Thank you
