Edit 1: They got bad reviews deleted/hidden in here stating that reviews are not genuine. So I repost this one. Here is my order number: 1526400 , bought on 3 May 2019. They are simply lying, not me. Edit 2: Below problem (explained after Edits) continued for another month, they sent back my computer without making any improvements. Then I identified the problem myself :D:D:D:D:D They said their technician could not identify it. Now, they replaced my graphics card and it is on the way. And this time guess what, they could not prepare the shipment properly and that is why I am waiting for more than 1 week for a shipment to come. Edit 3: By far, very far, the worst customer experience. I suggest to avoid at any costs. Though I reside in Belgium, I ordered from them thinking that they provide top quality service and I didnt know where to buy a desktop PC safely in Belgium. I told them that I want them to make sure of just two things: - PC works silently - PC performs good Even though PC was prepared and send to me in about 2 weeks in total, I didnt mind. However, when I started to use it, what a fail. It was like a drilling machine working at home when I tried to play games. And it was with a nice case, RTX 2060 graphics card and a liquid cooler! All parts were new and even though they say they tested it, clearly they just did not mind a drilling machine working at home. And it is nothing related to usage, I didnt even change anything in the system and imagine, since the first day of the computer, it works like a drilling machine. Staff is trying to be helpful now but sending a PC that is working like a drilling machine and expecting the consumer will not return it? Telling that they already tested it? What is this? And to be clear, I do not mean a computer working with fans a bit loud, it is making all the strange noises you can imagine. If you are sitting in a silent room, it is impossible to concentrate. Then I returned it for a check up on February 24. The case spent about 8 days, trying to pass through customs, and since March 4, waiting at PCSpecialist warehouse. And today, on March 11, I got the response that my computer is still on the queue to be checked :D:D:D I suppose around the end of this month hopefully I will have it back, after more than a month. To sum up, I totally regret purchasing from them both because they clearly sent defect items in the case and even though they try to seem to care, they dont really care about the customers.
