My laptop charger has become dodgy due to poor build quality.
I was clear that I need my laptop for work and they said it would take 2 weeks in total to repair.
A total lie.
I am now being told that the queue length is 6 weeks. 6 weeks before they will even look at it.
Awful service. Avoid at all costs.
