Great baseline communication; I was e-mailed when certain steps of the purchase were fulfilled, as well as how my personal order was progressing. I wish they'd inform the customer more. Whilst I understand that during this period there is a certain uncertainty about the stock of items and such, I wish along the way, I was informed if any item within my order was the reason the whole product was delayed. Once my order was completed, I was promptly informed through e-mail that the following steps were taking place. Making me feel quite assured. The individuals working on the product are written on the order details, making me feel safer about any unexpected occurings, should they happen, as I can identify at what steps it could've possibly originated. It was delivered to me promptly, as they said, and was packaged very safely and nicely. I love my computer dearly and trust this service more than others I have tried in the past.
