The desktop PC is now working well and I am pleased with it. The delivery was nearly 2 weeks longer than quoted but at least progress could be monitored via the website. One glitch on arrival was that the second hard drive was not seen in storage and so was unavailable. Problem was quickly cured by calling the helpline number. A connection had come adrift in transit. Overall the purchasing experience was good and I would consider using this company again for a PC.
