Very professional service all around and always going the extra mile to inform you of the actual stage of where things are all the way up to the shipping of your order. I don't know if I got lucky, but I was really impressed with the care that went into putting my system together, especially the cabling, which is always a sign of a very professional and capable technician in my book, so on second thought, I think luck had nothing to do with it. The system arrived in impeccable condition and so far performs far above my expectations, and I have had a very clear idea of what components I wanted in it and also, of what I wanted to be capable of, so I do not say this lightly... The one thing you guys really need to look into is your packaging. I know that my system had not to travel too far, so I guess it's not too much of a problem, at least not in my book, and certainly not enough to take off a star from my review (though the thought did cross my mind), but the packaging left a lot to be desired. I have my doubts that the single box is a good idea, especially when it is as flimsy and easy to come apart, like the one I encountered but you do need to revisit this area, as in pure terms it was simply not strong enough, and depending on how the carrier handles it the contents could have been damaged. Still, and as I said, overall, I am very happy with my choice and I really think that you guys have won yourselves a new customer here. Thanks again, for all your time and effort...
