I bought a custom made desktop. Some components, originally marked as being in stock, were in fact not in stock, as I discovered later after waiting and waiting. I had to modify my order and double check with PC Specialist that all components were actually in stock. After that, the PC was delivered within a few days. This is 10 days ago, so I can only speak for the present. I have spoken to their staff a couple of times, and they were very kind and helpful. Always double check with them that all components are in stock if you do not want to wait a long time.
