Website was very easy to use and had a good selection of parts to choose from. Sorting out payment was straightforward and it all went through immediately to confirm my order. The only slight issue I had was that according to their website, the pre-production stage was supposed to take around 7 working days, but mine took 16 working days. But as soon as I emailed them with my queries, they sorted it out straight away with great customer service. I received my order 2 days later, taking 1 day to build and test, and another day to ship. The PC arrived extremely secured and packaged well. Everything had previously been set up and tested so it was just a case of plugging in my old SSD and it was ready to go! Cable management inside the case was also amazing, making the inside of my computer look neat and professional. Aside from the minor timing issue, everything was smooth and ideal to what I wanted from a custom PC buying experience. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend!
