Website is easy to use, and the automatic compatibility check for things like an appropriate power supply and the warning message for CPUs that don't have on-board graphics are very useful. Prices were very reasonable, especially given that at the time scalping graphics cards was rampant. Computer arrived in good condition and right on time. The build quality was very good, and the internal cabling had been well managed, resulting in a clean-looking PC. Care was obviously taken when building it. Windows was pre-installed on the drive so the only configuration that needed to be done was setting up user accounts. Overall this was a completely pain-free experience. This was the third pre-built computer that I've purchased from PC Specialist over the years, one for myself and the others for family members, and I would be happy to buy a pre-built PC from them again in the future should I need one.
