Overall I am very happy with the service and product I received. All as described, works well, and very well packaged.
I felt that the e-mails were responded to promptly.
I did feel that it took a really long time to get my new PC though (despite all of the components being in stock. I liked the way you can log on to see where your PC is in the system (pre-production/ build / testing etc) - but it might be interesting to see a queue to better manage expectations.
