Ordered a laptop for my son for gaming but also school use. I liked being able to spec the build in detail but also that the various component prices seemed fair - some other places I looked at seemed to load on the cost when you go for anything other than base spec, I guess to make their "price from" look enticing. I paid for the expedited build so it would arrive before we went away on holiday, and it was built and delivered even quicker - ordered Tuesday and we had it on Friday. Very happy with the quality and feel of the laptop, in particular the keyboard types very well for a laptop and the screen gives a brilliant image. Maybe a small criticism is battery life, we bought a model with a larger battery so it would likely last a school day without needing a charger but it won't manage that. That's really my fault for not having done much/any research, but some indicative battery life ratings against the various laptops would have been helpful. Overall I'm very happy and would definitely order from pcspecialist again.
