I am so glad that after a great deal of research I opted for the PCSpecialist company. I required a fast and efficient PC to edit videos and photos on, and although this company wasn't the cheapest, the top quality components that they offered justified the cost. When I unpacked the PC, I noticed some rattling in the covers. Upon investigation, I found small pieces of plastic in the front cover. It turned out that one of the front feet had broken, and I found the rest of the foot in the bottom of the box. This was not too much of a problem and could have happened to anyone. After a swift 'phone call to PCSpecalist, I received a replacement foot the next day - Thank you. Very impressed with the speed and quality of the computer, and the helpfulness of their customer service, and would happily use PCSpescialist's services again.
