I was notified of each step in the process and had reassurance that my PC was in good hands and undergoing all of the necessary tests before it was delivered to me. Not only that, but the delivery process itself was very flexible which allowed me to receive my new PC on a day that was more suitable for me. I'm very happy with my order and have already put it to good use! (monitor and keyboard in video are not part of the order, only the PC)
