Excellent service from PC Specialist for a customised laptop. There are a few companies around that will heavily customise desktop PCs but very few that will do the same for a laptop, and this niche area is what particularly drew me to PC Specialist. I was kept informed at all times of the build, dispatch and delivery stages which was very helpful. As I intended to install Windows myself upon receipt, on the website I excluded Windows 10. When ordering, PCS ask what operating system you intend to install so that they can test the laptop in that environment - a nice touch and gave me confidence that I was making a good choice. The build quality of the laptop is excellent and am very pleased with my purchase.
