I have been really happily surprised with the simplicity of the order/ build/ delivery.
I've got a better, larger-screened laptop for less than I was going to pay from one of the big name pc retailers.
I was getting really confused trying to understand what the specification was from said big name website - PC Specialist were able to take my requirements and give me what I wanted, and with no fuss.
