This has been my first order from PC Specialist, The whole ordering process was easy and components are checked for compatibility with each other. A useful tip before ordering is to check the spec in their forums, the people on there are very quick to respond and are most helpful. You are kept informed of the build progress but delivery estimates can be a bit misleading especially in these times of Covid and backlogs of orders due to card shortages. I'm very impressed at the build quality of my PC and cable management was good. My only gripe would be that there's no method of submitting any notes to accompany the order, ie to specify mounting the radiator in the cases top instead of the front, specify extra cabling for additional drives etc. Overall a happy customer!
