Deliver was a bit longer than I thought it would be, but I was kept up to date. I would rate PC Specialist highly, it is an excellent pc they delivered and the customer support could not be better. I setup and activated the software, then installed a backup program, did a backup and tried a restore, but because I renamed the backup image, it failed after reformatting the disk. I phoned PC Specialist and they had the patience to talk me through the repair process and got it up and running again in no time.
