The online ordering process was very straightforward and once I was advised that the PC was ready for delivery, I was given a 1-hour time slot early in the morning which was adhered to. I am very happy with my new PC, which is so much better than my previous tired one. The only slight disappointment was the time that it took to build (just under 4 weeks) although you are warned that it takes a while. Fortunately my old PC didn't totally die during that time!
