I'm very happy with my new PC, which sits almost silently flashing through it's window. The performance is as I expected, and I felt it was good value for money. The order process was straightforward, but I did feel that it would have been better to acknowledge from the outset that there were delays due to Covid working rather than wait for me to email in and say that there didn't seem to be any progress. Michael replied and explained what the position was, which was helpful, but perhaps being up front on the website or order confirmation would be better. Even so, it took four weeks from order, so that's certainly not awful.
