Unfortunately my PC arrived with a couple of issues, the graphics card did not work and the HDD was not secured to the PC case and so was swinging about in transit. In turn, this broke the cable connection the ARGB fan control board.
With all this a quick call to PC Specialist and all parts required were ordered and sent to me ASAP in order to fit and get everything working as required. PC runs great and the support offered for the issues was excellent.
