I ordered a laptop for my wife as an anniversary present. The process was straight forward and the price was reasonable given the specification I requested. The whole process took about 30 days but as the date of our anniversary was close, customer services were very helpful in arranging a special delivery. My wife is very pleased with the PC and particularly the speed with which she can now surf the web
