I bought a custom made PC from these folks, absolute pathetic customer service. I do have to give some credit to Mustafa at customer service, this man really is helpful and cares about customers. But his colleagues are misleading and thieves. 1) Ordered a PC back in Sept 2019, the PC looked great but the switch button got jammed the first day it got to me. Impossible to unjam it so I had to ask them to arrange a pick up and send it back to their warehouse. 2) The whole process took way longer than it should have, before it was delivery, the assembly time was extremely long just to send a faulty PC. 3) I was offered a warranty extension as a sign of goodwill and for my wasted time - that was really kind. 4) But, just last week the motherboard died on me, literally two weeks before the warranty was up. So having experienced the disgraceful experience of having to go through a pick up/return/repair a newly built PC, I decided to take this to my local IT technician to check what was wrong with the PC (confirmed that the motherboard had broken down). 5) Contacted Customer Services and was told that they do not send out replacements of either cases nor motherboards if the case was already opened. Absolutely disgraceful treatment and such a coincidence that in this case they just don't send replacements for "cases" or "motherboards" - the rest seems to be fine as long as you need to use your warranty. I would suggest anyone looking to buy a well built PC to stay away from these folks, amateurs at best, and I can't write what I think of them at worst here. 6) This did not end here, to add to the whole aggravation; I was told that I may need to send my PC back to them when I had replaced the new motherboard that I had to buy myself to have windows 10 license installed in-house by them. Of course I will not be sending my PC to these folks again, especially after having to replace the motherboard myself and pay for repair/replacement costs for myself instead of them honouring the warranty. Do Not Buy From This Business - just a warning for anyone out there. If you don't want to be treated like absolute chancers every time their faulty PCs fail in warranty.
