Great service. There was a huge demand for the builds PCS to so I had to wait 22 working days before they could even start building. I understood this and was updated regularly. When selecting the components for the PC it did give me the estimated time which was in line with how long I waited. There are some great people on the forums. I posted my build and was recommended some improvements that would make my system smoother, faster and more future proof. These weren’t salesmen for PCS but computer enthusiasts. I appreciated their advice and recommendations and made the adjustments which were as simply as swapping out the components I already selected for the recommend ones. When it came to the day where it was my turn to have my order built, the build, testing and packaging took a day. It was despatched the same day aswell. This was so satisfying. It came on a Saturday having being scheduled to come on the Monday. I’m from Northern Ireland so this was impressive. The system was straightforward to set up. There was a small glitch with the BT driver but an uninstall and reboot fixed that. The system is amazing. No glitches or faults after over a week of use. Delighted with it and it has exceeded my expectations. I will 100% be using PCS for any upgrades in future and would recommend to anyone.
