The expertise and efficiency of the process is such that this is the second PC that I have ordered from PCspecialist. I cannot fault any of the processes and I was well pleased with the result. One thing however I would remark upon. The motherboard that was supplied had a hidden surprise that many of equal experience to mine would have have caught short upon, as was I. Its only monitor socket was a display port. Rare for a motherboard to have only one. Only my newest monitor had a corresponding socket. I was forced to delay setting up until I had bought a display port to DVI converter. It would be a good move for PCspecialist to have commented on this peculiarity once this mobo was chosen. This suggestion is offered for future reference. John Kay
