This is my second PC Specialist desktop. My first was an "off the shelf" from a well known computer chain several years ago. This is my first "made to measure", and I am very impressed. The whole design/ordering process was very easy. I changed the capacity of the SSD after I'd ordered, which resulted in a puzzling second charge for Windows 10. I was kept up to date with the progress of my build via email, although the various stages can seem to take a long time (ORDERED 10 AUG - PROCESSING 18 AUG - ASSEMBLY 8 SEP - TESTING 9 SEP - READY 10 SEP - DELIVERY 13 SEP - well within their projected build and delivery time). The computer has exceeded my expectations in every way, and I have no hesitation in recommending PC Specialist.
