Great online purchasing experience. When building a PC, if you add bits that are not compatible it tells you and advises what you need to be compatible so you can be assured your build will work. Pricing is decent and competitive I feel. Build time was 16-19 working days. I ordered 10/08/21 and it arrived 13/09 so it was a little longer but I was not in a rush. The site is not clear on what is classed as build time and it does not necessarily start from when you click buy. Communication through the process was next to nothing other than an email 6 days in saying "your order has been in progress for 6 days"... I knew that but it still didn't tell me when it would arrive :) Once the build actually started about 6-7 days before I received it the communication picked up so I knew when it was built, being tested and so on. You get nice booklets with the PC and overall I am happy. Just a step up on communications and expectation management could be good which stopped me giving 5 stars.
