First time I have bought a PC from this company and I have to say I am very impressed. I ordered it on the 14th of July and it was dispatched on the 16th of August, delivered the following day by DPD. That seems like a long time, but I wasn't in a great hurry, and it gave me time to update my order by adding a DVD drive. Customer service was impeccable updating the order very smoothly with no problems at all. The PC was delivered well packed and unharmed in transit. After a small problem, (my fault, I couldn't find the on switch) which was also sorted out on the phone to customer service, the computer fired up first time and worked faultlessly. Windows 10 loaded smoothly and as explained in the excellent Welcome Booklet. This booklet is full of very useful information including how to return the computer in the event of a fault (very unlikely!) I can only say thank you for supplying a first class product, I look forward to many years use.
