Excellent value compared with buying an equivalent spec laptop from one of the bigger brands. My last PC specialist laptop lasted 8 years, and is still working (although on its last legs!). Regular updates about the progress of the order. Two downsides, firstly it's not the prettiest laptop in the world (large bezel at bottom of screen), and secondly the sticky labels next to the keyboard left a nasty glue residue when I removed them. But minor points for me.
