I loved the ordering process, it made it really clear what all my choices were for speccing up a custom PC. It was really helpful that I could then share that spec with users in their forum, and got some good advice on improving what I'd chosen. After the order was placed, it was stuck in "pre-production" for longer than I was expecting (a few weeks). This is no surprise in the current climate - given the chip shortage, the pandemic and Brexit - but it felt open-ended and I would have liked more information here on what was holding things up. After that stage, things went very quickly and I was kept well-informed. I'm very happy with the PC as it arrived, it was safely packaged, it's very tidily built, and it's been working very well for me. I'll definitely recommend them to others in future.
