Very easy to use customization system allowed me to build my perfect PC from scratch from a varied list of quality components. Love that they keep you updated all the way from pulling the parts, though assembly and testing, right to the moment it ships. Packaging was brilliant, kept the system nice and safe without an overuse of materials. The welcome pack with spare cables and such was a wonderful surprise! My only dislike is that the expected shipping date kept getting pushed back, with already long lead times and no apologies or information. I ended up checking every few days to see if the date had been pushed back yet again. Since my system's parts hadn't even been pulled off the shelf, the problem was clearly either with PC Specialist themselves, or one of their suppliers. Problems happen, I get that, but some level of contact on the subject would have been nice. Despite that, my overall experience was great. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I need a machine or an upgrade.
