Ordered a 2nd laptop for my daughter for university. following ordering one myself earlier in the year and received good service on that occasion. On this occasion, although the laptop was ultimately received and is great, there was an internal breakdown of communication at PCS that meant the order was delayed a few days. Having said that, the communication and updates I did receive were excellent. Would (and have) recommended PCS to others.
