I carefully researched what I wanted for my PC order, and having heard good things about PCS, decided to buy from them. The website is well laid out (once you understand that it doesn't allow you to order mis-matched parts like some other sites) and shows you clearly what to expect. During the Graphics card shortage, the card I wanted was clearly shown as potentially a very long wait and only on pre-order, but I could get a slightly higher card within normal timeframes. The information is all there if you look for it, and they explain the process from order to delivery well. The only downside for me is that from order to delivery was around 4 weeks - with a long period between order placed and order in build. It would be useful to have had a "you are Nth in the queue" to track where I was. Once the system was in build, I received an email, and it wasn't long after that I received the system. The delivery day was unsuitable for me, but I was easily able to delay it by 24 hours, and it arrived via DPD exactly when expected. The system was exactly as I ordered , well packed (including the foam insert inside the case to stop components moving around), and has been performing as I expected - which is to say - superbly. Would definitely recommend PCS to others.
