It did take a long time for my pc to be processed, however once I receive the email telling me my pc was in the building process I was exceptionally happy with the time it took to complete everything and get it delivered to me. The regular updates on the pc during the building and testing process are great also. The pc look banging, overall I am a very happy customer.
