The ordering process was amazing. I was not sure of the spec my son needed so the sales rep took me through each item explaining why it would be suitable and kept within my budget. I was kept well informed of the order progress. Getting to the build stage took a few weeks, which was the only frustrating bit of the process, as most of us like to get our goods quickly, but once there, the process was just a few days. My son loves his PC, and if I buy another, it will definitely be from PC Specialist.
