Once I placed the order everything was straightforward: you can see the status of the order on the website, and when I contacted customer service to have confirmation that the delivery date would be met, they were very polite and swift. There were no delays with my parcel, even with the current covid situation and with a delivery from Uk to Sweden. I have been working with the laptop for 2 weeks and I have had no issues.
